Meet The boundless Team
At The Boundless Trailer, our mission is rooted in responding to God's call to serve the least of us. As a mobile resource center based in Dubuque, Iowa, we are committed to extending a helping hand to those in need, embodying the spirit of compassion and outreach. Inspired by Matthew 25:40 (NIV), which states, 'Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me,' we believe that every act of kindness towards the marginalized is a direct expression of our devotion to God's command.
Founder & Executive Director
Paige Johnston
Hello Lovely Humans,

I am beyond excited that you are exploring our website; there are so many incredible things to see :) My name is Paige Johnston; I am the founder and Executive Director of this amazing nonprofit organization (WOW, this feels official. lol). The only reason we are in this exact moment is because of Jesus. Jesus is the one who sought out my broken soul and redeemed me into a new and far better life than I ever imagined for myself. He is the reason TBT exists. He is the reason lives are being transformed through our work. He is the reason we're surrounded by such astonishing people like yourselves. He is the reason for everything.

My role above all else is to be His hands and feet here on Earth. I truly believe God has called me to lead this nonprofit to bring glory to His name, so that is precisely what we're going to do. So today, I encourage you to connect with us, whether that is through a donation or volunteering or a simple prayer request, or you just want to meet up for coffee (I will be drinking a chai because I'm not a coffee fan. Don't hate me :) But no matter how God is moving your heart, there is a place for you at TBT! I can't wait to get to know each and every one of you :) Cheers to Jesus! <3
Secretary of the Board
Sarah Warthan
Hi, I am Sarah! I am a mama of four amazing kids. I love God, and I love people. I said “YES” to becoming a member of the Boundless Trailer board because I truly believe that we are called to be the hands and feet of Jesus. The Boundless Trailer is doing just that and more! We are not waiting for people to come to us; instead, we are going out into their daily lives to encourage and remind them of the everlasting love of Jesus. The physical needs we are fulfilling draw them in, but the love of God will change the trajectory of their lives. I am so honored to hold this position and be able to have the front row seat to witness transformation and redemption!

Treasurer of the Board
Joleen Reisen-Cavanaugh
Hello, I am Joleen. There are so many miraculous things about my life. I will share a few to allow you to get to know me. I am a mother to three kiddos (1 four-legged friend)! I am a cancer survivor of 20 years! If you don’t find me at work, in the kitchen, or scrubbing my floors, I am out doing “errands,” which is just a shopping spree with my favorite people!

After going through a lot of trials and tribulations in my life and constantly asking “WHY ME, GOD?” I had the realization that I should be thanking and showing extreme appreciation to God for helping me through it all and never abandoning me!

I am proud to accept the position on the TBT Board. Being Paige’s godmother, I have total faith in her willingness and wondrous ideas on how to better serve the communities in most need. Her strong willpower and straightforward approach are ones that will lead this organization to success. Paige has expressed numerous times that TBT is not going to be another organization that puts a band-aid on a bullet hole, but rather an organization that finds the internal bleed and assists them in healing. As a member, I hope to support her determination and take on an active role to help transform these individuals’ lives and share the good news of JESUS!
